Refund Policy
As, at Risewise the product is loan disbursement so there is no relevance to refund / return of goods/services.
Loanee can repay the loan for which all repayment policies mentioned in individual agreement between Cicago Commodities pvt ltd and loanee. Kindly refer the document in the “Document Section” on the website for the same.
There will not be any refund or exchange of any free bees / promotional material / coupons provided by Risewise capital during the course of loan tenure
Refund of late fees / charges:
In any rarest scenario any late fees / charges applied and requested for reversal and is approved by the Risewise loan department , it will be raised / refunded in the form of credit note or equal credit passing on to the loan account which will impact in reducing full and final amount of loan.
In case of the end of the loan tenure the differential access amount of refund approved (if any related to late fees / or any charges )will be credited to the loanee account after 30 working days.
Late or missing refunds in case of charges / fees (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
